To this day, condoms are distributed freely but women's sanitary products are still considered a luxury item which need to be purchased by the individual.

In the struggle for equality, women and girls face a fundamental additional biological issue regarding their period. If they can’t afford menstrual hygiene products, they often cannot go to work or to school. This can set them back in many ways in their quest to gain an education and be self-sufficient.

Our latest charity drive from Supapele NPC is working in collaboration with Hlokomela women's clinic and PinkCup to sponsor 100 Menstrual cups for disadvantaged and underprivileged women.

For ONLY R149 [Usually R250] you can sponsor a cup that is sustainable (lasts up to 10 years), is an environmentally friendly and healthy alternative to tampons and pads, is non-absorbing (does not affect the internal Ph and flora balance) and is latex-free, hypoallergenic, containing no dyes, BPA, phthalates, plastic, bleaches or toxins. The cups also have a maximum change time of up to 12 hours and is swim and sleep safe, providing a long term solution for women who are vulnerable or living in rural areas!

This project is not only about distribution of the cup but also includes education on the matter through the clinic and helps towards supporting their cause and more!
